We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your appointment. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or no show, a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged to you.
* Please note that if there is a valid extenuating circumstance, please let our staff know and the cancellation fee will not be observed.

Come in for an assessment to discuss your personal needs. If our experienced Physiotherapists feel you are not a right fit, you will be referred to an appropriate medical professional.
The first session will involve a thorough assessment to identify the cause of your symptoms. Your physiotherapist will explain these findings to you and will devise a treatment plan to allow you to achieve your goals. The effects of any treatment will be monitored and adjusted accordingly dependent on your feedback.
The Initial Assessment and Treatment is 45 mins to 1 Hour.
After initial assessment your Physiotherapist will discuss this with you. It is important to remember that every condition is different, and therefore respond differently to treatment. If you feel that you are not progressing as you would expect then your treatment can be re-evaluated or referred to an appropriate consultant.
The number of treatments you require is difficult to determine because it will depend on the presenting condition and diagnosis. The earlier we treat your condition the better the outcome and recovery. The average number of Physiotherapy treatment for clients is four.
